Xcalibur Maintainer Concentrate has been formulated to clean, restore and enhance the appearance of our Xcalibur Advanced Adhesion Polymer Technology© coatings. It is a special formulation from Solution Research & Development, which contains thermoplastic polymer additives, and compatible advanced cleaning agents. This unique formulation will restore the appearance of our Xcalibur High Gloss Coating enhancing both its appearance and performance.

Directions for use:
To restore the appearance of our Xcalibur High Gloss Coating dilute Xcalibur Maintainer Concentrate, 1 part to 50 parts water (20ml concentrate per 1-litre of water).
Then damp mop the floor or add to automatic scrubber driers diluted as instructed above. Once dry and for best affect buff the floor with an Ultra High-Speed (UHS) Burnisher 1500 rpm or higher, fitted with a clean floor-polishing pad. Xcalibur Maintainer Concentrate diluted correctly and allowed to dry prior to burnishing will respond to burning speeds of 1500 rpm or 2400 rpm without powdering. It is suitable for use with Propane powered burnishing equipment.
If a satin or matte appearance is preferred simply do not burnish. However, in this instance burnishing periodically will enhance and restore the excellent wear properties of our Xcalibur High Gloss Coating.
Use once a week in place of Xcalibur Neutral Cleaner to damp mop or auto scrub clean floors that have been coated with Xcalibur High Gloss Coating or Xcalibur Restore Finish Coating.
