The user can also use this webcam to record full-screen, real time images for creating videos and DVDs. Video images can be easily edited to create a film using the software supplied with the webcam. The USB 2.0 connection ensures optimal performance without image delay and is 40 times faster than models with the more common USB 1.1 connection. This webcam has a very sensitive CMOS optical image sensor, an automatic white balance setting and gain control, as well as a manually adjustable focus for the optimal image quality of videos and photographs. Still images can be taken using the snapshot button, which can then be sent immediately in digital format. The LED on top of the webcam shows the status (on/off) of the webcam.
